There are two ways to get a shift covered:
You can access these options by either tapping on one of your upcoming shifts in the "Home" tab or tapping on “Your shift” after selecting a day in the "Schedule" tab.


When you select any of these shifts, a shift details window will appear, featuring additional information about the shift. At the bottom of this window, you'll find two buttons:

When you press the "Trade" button, a window will appear showing potential trade recipients. Choose the employee/shift you wish to trade with and click "Send Request." The selected employee will receive a notification and can accept or decline your trade request. If accepted by the employee, your manager must also approve it for the trade to be finalized.

When you press the “Add to pool” button, your shift will be dropped into the shift pool. Other employees will be notified that your shift is available and can place a bid to pick it up. The manager will be able to see the bids and can approve one of them to take over your shift. You can see your shift in the shift pool by going to the “Shift Swaps” tab.

To check the status of a shift you've added to the shift pool or requested to trade, navigate to the "Shift Swaps" tab and press on the "Requests" button.

Within the "Requests" section, you'll find a list of your recent trade and drop requests. To view additional details about a specific request's status, press it, and a window with more information will appear. To cancel the request, press the “Cancel Request” button at the bottom of the window.
