You can review your notifications for things like schedule publishes, time off and availability requests, shift pool requests, trade requests, shift reminders, and more.
To see these notifications in the app press the notification icon in the upper-right corner of the app. If the icon has a red dot just above it, that indicates that you have notifications that haven’t been cleared.
This will open a window of your recent notifications, with the most recent notification at the top.
To clear your notifications, press the “Clear all” button at the bottom of the window.
You can also receive push notifications directly to your phone outside of the app and email notifications to the email that is associated with your account (see the section “Adjusting notification settings” to see how).
