Submitting time off

  1. Before submitting your Time Off to your employer, it's important to understand what Time Off represents:

    1. Use Time Off to request vacation time or ask your manager for specific days you need to take off.
  2. To submit your time off, navigate to the “Availability” tab and press the “Time Off” button. Then press the “+” button opposite the “Time Off” title.

  3. When you press the “+”, a window will pop up with where you can submit the following details of your Time Off request:

    1. Title (very brief summary of your request)
    2. Note (more detail about why you want time off)
    3. Date(s) that you would like off

  4. Once you have submitted the Time Off request, it will be sent to your manager for approval. You will see the request along with the status pill that reads “pending” in the “Time Off” section.

  5. Once the request is acted upon by your manager, the status pill will either read “approved” or “rejected”.
